Cancellation and Returns Policy

At YAHYAISIKTAS LTD, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns Policy:

If you wish to return any item, please note that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via email. Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original, unopened packaging. (Used items or items with opened packaging will not be accepted for return.)

No returns or exchanges can be made after an order has been placed and before it has been delivered to you.

Only unwashed, unworn items in their original unopened packaging are eligible for return.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: cosmetics, underwear, footwear, and socks.

Once your return request has been received, YAHYAISIKTAS LTD will respond within 2 business days.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. You may send the items back to us via our contracted courier. The return address will be provided to you once your return request has been approved. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.

Upon receipt of your return, the condition of the item will be inspected. If it meets the required conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

Please note: Both outbound and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Only the cost of the item will be refunded.

Important: For custom-made or bespoke items, labour and material costs will be deducted and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

General Return Conditions

All returns must include the original box or packaging.
Items with damaged, incomplete, or unusable original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Please note: To ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask that you return your items in accordance with the conditions stated above.
